Our private client had a dream to fulfil in celebration of his 65th birthday. A huge fan of the seminal British punk rock band The Stranglers, he wanted to surprise his Guests with a live performance by the band itself, and entertain them in a setting befitting of such a rare and intimate gig.

Black Pearl dressed interlocking marquees in the style of The Stranglers ‘Golden Brown’ music video, evoking the days of exploration and exoticism in far-flung lands.

We created an inviting, spacious and very comfortable environment bedecked with authentic furnishings, gourmet bespoke catering prepared on site, and a full professional lighting and stage production.
